Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese leading partner for food manufacturer worldwide. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Develop growth strategies and execution plans based on information obtained from leadership, sales teams, customers, and consumers to drive increased sales
* Identify source of business growth through analysis of market and sales data, balancing with current production capabilities
* Monitor Industry, competitors, customer, and consumer trends to stay up to date on competitive landscape, identify opportunities and sales growth
* Identify key attributes to help further differentiate and promote shelf stable products in the marketplace
* Contribute to new product development and specifications on customer demand and market opportunities, creating and revising product as required
* Collaborate extensively with Sales including other business units (Oil & Fats) to understand market/channel differences to support Sales with resources needed to drive profitability
* Work with key customers to develop marketing plans and support partner relationships
* Other ad hoc duties assigned

The Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with 7 - 10 years' experience in Food Ingredient Products Marketing
* Knowledge and experience in Data Analyst - analyze syndicated data to provide insights and direction
* Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent leadership skill and team player who is willing to take on challenges
* Proficient in Microsoft Office/SAP/Sales Force
