Our client is a Semicon Technology company founded locally on 1998, with technology coverages across IOT devices, wearables, mobility, cybersecurity, and mobile devices.
By maintaining a fully equipped SMIF cleanroom environment, 100% equipped SMIF automation, and tried and true wafer-manufacturing procedures, they provide flexible and affordable semiconductor fabrication solutions. The Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to the internal IT department and customer projects, such as creating detailed system configurations for servers and storage and supporting Wintel servers and SAN setup
* Providing daily support for Email (Exchange), Microsoft IIS Webserver, Proxy Server, wireless, anti-spam, Authentication services, Active Directory, and security systems
* Manage and enforce information technology security Proof-of-concept and solution evaluation
* Ensure high server and system availability
* Manage Wintel server, Citrix, and virtualization infrastructure
* Provide maintenance support for Wintel servers such as backup, patch management, issue resolutions, etc.
* Provide 2nd line support to field support team for Office Automation related issues
* Ensure Wintel server security comply with IT security requirement (e.g. ISO 270001)
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
* Knowledge and experience in using telnet issue Cisco IOS (Cisco Internetwork Operating System)
* Having a CISCO Network Certified Engineer certification is a plus
* HPE Aruba wireless knowledge and experience
* Experience in VPN configuration and IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) is preferred
* Client Apps (OS Imaging and deployment) and Client operating System (Windows 7 and Windows 10)
* Monitor system health Cisco network equipment, using PRTG for bandwidth monitoring and supporting Cisco IOS commands to configure Firewall, Router, and Switch
