Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a provider of outsourcing services including business process outsourcing (BPO). They're actively looking to hire a Global Wellness Manager to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
OPERATIONAL SKILLS

* Monitors and analyses effectiveness of wellness activities and initiatives
* Develops, implements and monitors the practice of appropriate wellness activities depending on the need of the site and the moderators
* Identifies opportunities of improvement for wellness programs
* Prepares regular reports, and provides suggestions for improvement based on data analysis and conducts monthly review sessions
* Leads a comprehensive wellness program. Coordinates, plans, and facilitates health and fitness activities and programs for employees
* Plans and implements classes, speakers, seminars, personal training, and fitness assessments that promote healthy lifestyles

STRATEGIC SKILLS

* Ensures that proper analysis and action plans are set across all sites to achieve holistic wellness programs
* Coordinating any events or activities related to employee health and wellness
* Developing long term strategic plans for improving employee health and wellness in an organization using current research and best practices
* Creating an environment where employees can strive towards achieving their health goals by providing resources such as healthy eating options, exercise equipment, and stress management techniques
* Initiating/Conducting physical /mental/psychological exams to assess an employee's overall health status and determine if any health issues need to be addressed
* Conducting assessments of an organization's current health status to identify any potential risks to employees
* Providing guidance to Wellness PICs on how to improve their employee's health through diet, exercise, stress reduction techniques, etc.
* Helping employees who are experiencing health problems find appropriate care from physicians or other healthcare providers

The Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or health-related field, such as Exercise Science, Nutrition or Health Education. Master's Degree in Health Administration is a plus
* 5+ years of professional experience in the BPO space and wellness role or engagement functions
* Able to conduct and analyze psychological exams and surveys
* Strong background on health research and programs
