Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical Swiss MNC company across the globe. They are actively looking to hire an AR Accountant to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Customer Master Data Management (incl. Credit Evaluation)
* Perform credit evaluation, review & update credit limits and terms annually
* Accounts Receivable Collection & Management
* Ensure AR allocation and reconciliations are performed accurately and promptly
* Cash Management/ Working Capital Management
* Lead to maintain and sustain strong cashflow position
* Reporting & Compliance, to perform timely and accurate month end, periodic and ad hoc reporting (including analysis) e.g. cashflow forecast, ECL reviews & journals, etc
* Drive process improvement and/ or transformational projects
* Collaborate with internal cross functional functions and/ or external parties such as Banks, Payment providers, Customers, etc to facilitate or accelerate AR automation/ transformation
* Manage risks by taking an integrated view of all the uncertainties that exist across an organisation

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Accounting / Business Analytics / Accountancy
* Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable and collection experience in FMCG, Healthcare Industries
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words), SAP knowledge is good to have
* Hands-on with good working knowledge of SAP HANA/FSCM/ FI
* Project management, exposure to differing ePayment platforms and/ or transformational experiences would be a plus
* Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, in a dynamic & high volume environment
* Independent self-starter who is hands-on, motivated, meticulous, and action driven
* Possess sound accounting, risk & controls knowledge
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good organizational skills and good team player
* Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with cross functional stakeholders, clients, and customer
