Our client is one of the most rapidly expanding brands within the Telecommunications sector of Asia-Pacific. They are dedicated to continuous improvement and providing consistently exceptional service to their valued customers.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, monitoring, and refining the client's go-to-market marketing campaigns through various digital channels and events.

The Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate the capacity to formulate well-planned, data-supported digital marketing strategies for various campaigns
* Develop and execute, or collaborate with digital agencies for the execution of, all digital marketing initiatives, encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
* Effectively manage the digital marketing budget, rationalize expenditures, and deliver a successful marketing strategy within the allocated budget
* Evaluate and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, comparing results against predefined goals such as ROI and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Identify website trends and insights, and optimize spending, performance, and user pathways based on both qualitative and quantitative insights to boost traffic and conversions
* Work in coordination with internal teams to develop landing pages and enhance the user experience
* Assess emerging technologies, offer thought leadership, and recommend their adoption when suitable

The Requirements:

* A degree or diploma in Business Management, Administration, or Marketing with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
* Able to work independently with minimal guidance; possesses self-starting and self-motivated qualities
* Strong analytical skills and a penchant for data-driven decision-making, capable of communicating clear thought processes
* Proficient in handling large datasets and experienced in marketing analytics and campaign analysis
* Well-informed about the latest marketing trends and best practices
* A deep understanding and proficient knowledge of social media platforms (e.g. Doubleclick, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google) and their role within the broader digital ecosystem is highly desirable
* Highly creative, with the ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging, informative, and motivating campaigns
* Demonstrates effective collaboration within a team in an agile environment and a willingness to grow alongside the team and the company
