Our Client:

Our client is a Hong Kong-based company which has strong envision in smart financial technologies. They are in an expansion phase across Asia Pacific and is currently looking to start a regional office in Singapore and is keen to hire a HR cum Office Manager to work closely with their management team.

The Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for supporting activities to the Senior Executives, operating business support service, and monitoring/improving general administrative activities. He/She plays a pivotal role to the organization's setting up of Singapore office and other administrative work.

* Responsible for the organisation and coordination of office administration duties and office procedures
* Maintains office services by organizing office operations and processes
* Manage office rental and setting up, Lead office renovation projects - plan, propose, and implement projects upon consultation with the team, management and other stakeholders
* Manage tenancy agreements, renewal and ongoing tenancy matters etc.
* Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, work-desk allocation, office access card, phone system, door system, lift, office renovation, and move, etc.
* Point of contact (internal) for all building maintenance and office administration issues
* Liaise and coordinate with building management contractor and tenants on matters
* Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory
* Supports expatriates and makes business travel arrangements in the form of scheduling and coordinating international and domestic travel logistics including the proactive application for visas or other travel documents as needed; processes expenses in a timely and effective manner, ensuring up-to-date expense accounting and reports
* Ensure an organized and up-to-date record of administrative records, documents, and forms
* Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments
* Administration on foreign expatriates work pass renewal/application/cancellation
* Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior
* Reallocation Support for overseas colleagues

The Requirements:

An ideal candidate would be someone who:

* Min 4-5 years of experience in general administration and has experience in setting up SG office from scratch
* Proficient in administration and office management
* Good written and communication skills
* Energetic and able to multitask
* Able to work independently and as a team
* Excellent time management and organization skills
